Canva Collages

The Fort Atkinson Chamber's weekly newsletter showcases local events that appeal to the community and visitors, like the Humane Society's "Painting with Kittens" event, Fort's fall decorating contest, the start up of a mountain biking group, Tour de Fort bike ride, and other events. These (mainly) Illustrated graphics fit well with the newsletter's lighthearted, conversational style. The following designs were created using multiple images from Canva to craft storytelling scenes for the newsletter audience. During my time with the Fort Atkinson Chamber, the newsletter open rates went up on a steady basis, thanks in part to the addition of fun, creative graphics like these that clearly depicted the activities and events happening in town.
